General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There can be various reasons for a persistent head rush as an alteration in cerebral blood flow, intraocular pressure, cerebrospinal fluid circulation, endolymph disturbances, effect of aneurysm compression or others.

Kindly get him evaluated with his primary physician and get further guidelines as he may require MRI brain as well if needed to diagnose the issue and get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
