General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history about your daughter having throat infection, started on Crocin and Moxclav and still the fever continues.
This means the infection is severe and takes a few days in some cases.
Surely you can give Ibugesic Plus in place of Crocin after calling your Doctor.
Add on probiotics, Multivitamins with B-complex.
Proper hydration is very important in aa child as fever can cause dehydration.
Soft diet if tolerated. Or give plenty of oral fluids.
Get the blood tested to see for WBC count.
Send a throat swab for gram staining, culture and sensitivity. The reports will guide for any further additional antibiotics if required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General Surgeon.
