sir ma am my son 7.5yrs has detected typhoid positive in paras hospitals and doctor advised zifi100 and dolo 250 but the fever is still 100-103 pls suggest. his malaria report is negative urine test is normal and blood culture is normal but fever is not coming down and stomach pain is also he is not able to eat should i admit him in hospital of should change medecine, pls

If your child continues to have fever and stomach pain even after taking antibiotics I suggest meeting again an infectious diseases specialist for children and to hospitalized him.
