What Causes Persistent Elevation In BP Levels Despite Taking Medications?

my doctor prescribe valsartan 320 mg for my blood pressure but I continuos have a high blood pressure 165-113, yesterday I get in the morning 126-94 before the pill I get the pill after 1/2 hour, today I get my pill around 8 am and I test my pressure and give me me 172-113 I have this high pressure from several days what I can do. Last Friday I get two pill the second was at night because the pressure didn t go down and the pressure continuos the same

The new pill you just started may need a week or two to give its effects and your body to get used to it.

Probably you are should take diuretics such furosemide to lower your blood pressure since you are experiencing episodes of too high blood pressure.
