What Causes Persistent Dizziness?

Hi there, last night after about 6 hours of driving I felt/heard a pop in my head on the left side. I immediately became very hot (like a flush). This passed within a few minutes. I came home and went to bed. Today I feel light headed and some reflexes are slower. I feel like if it was a bleed or something like an aneurism there would be more significant symptoms by now...is that right? thank you so much!
