What Causes Persistent Dizziness?

I m very concerned about dizziness that is pretty severe. If I keep my eyes straight ahead, it s not as bad, but when I move my eyes, it s very disorienting. I ve had sinus infections before, and even though I do have a headache and some sinus pressure, it doesn t feel like a normal sinus infection.

Hi,

Cannot say in your particular case and an exam would really help. And dizziness can be broken down into different categories. There is dizziness due to being faint, there is dizziness due to head spinning and there is dizziness due to dyscoordination. They have very different causes. Being faint would obviously imply a lower blood pressure. Being spinning may imply an ear problem and problems with coordination and balance may imply a brain issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
