What Causes Persistent Dizziness Post Dental Work Anesthesia?

HI! My husband had two fillings done a week ago, my husband said that when the hygienist injected the anesthetic agent, she inserted in one spot and the needle stayed there longer than 30 sec. He felt dizzy. Now it s almost been a week & he still felt dizzy and faint and almost fell. He almost got an accident. Is there anything we can do? Is that normal. My husband never experienced that syncope before this time. He has diabetes and low thyroid and hypertension, will that matters?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern this may not be due to anesthetic agent but could be due to something else, some time functional condition may be the reason for this, ask him to have little rest come out of stress, have enough sleep, everything would be fine soon, take care.
