What Causes Persistent Diarrhea With History Of Colon Polyps?

I ve been having diarrhea for the last week. The stools are watery and black. It seems like when I eat, 1-2 hrs later I m in the bathroom. I have low blood count and I take an iron supplement. Last year I was told I had 7 polyps in my colon (2 in the lower and 5 in the upper) The Dr that did my colonostopy said he only took out 2 (what the heck). What do you think is wrong?
