What Causes Persistent Dampness Around The Penis And Testicles?

yes, it seems lately that I started to have an issue with my public area specially under the penis and a round the testicles like always moist and causing dampness in my pant. I work a lot out side and I sweet and I do exercises like running but I shower every day. I did not have this problem before but now started to bother me, I am thinking to see a doctor! any opinion Thanks

This is due to sweating. Sweating is a normal reaction when your body's working harder and needs to cool itself down.
Advice
1.     Avoid hot environment and strenuous activity
2.     Wear loose cotton undergarment
3.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
4.     Use dusting powder containing ketoconazole or fluconazole
5.     Trim hairs of pubic area regularly
6.     Take bath two times daily and use branded soap for bathing such as Pears/Park avenue soap
7.     Avoid smoking, tea and coffee as these aggravates sweating
8.     Investigation – blood sugar (F & PP)
9.     Measure your blood pressure regularly
