What Causes Persistent Cramps In The Right Buttocks After A Back Injury?

A couple of weeks ago I hurt my lower back not sure how went to doctor he said it might just be a pulled muscle or tendon. My back doesn t really hurt anymore but now I have this constant feeling in my right butt cheek kind of like a Charlie horse and it doesn t go away?

For exact diagnosis to be made get xray of lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral view done and send me the report at XXXX.

Till then have tab.aceclofenac4mg+thicolchicoside 100mg twice a day by prescription of your family doctor.
