General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There may be sinusitis or respiratory tract infection. It includes tonsillitis, pharyngitis, tracheitis, laryngitis, bronchitis and pneumonia.
Please go for work up (prior to your visits). It includes chest x-ray, an x-ray of sinus, blood tests like ABG and CBC and ECG.
You may need steam inhalation, nebulization and drugs including antihistaminics and an antibiotic course.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
