What Causes Persistent Confusion While Suffering From Depression?

Hello I have a psychological disorder which is that I very much remain confused a lot in even every day life. It is severe to the position that even every day talk gets me too confused. Depression has caused me problems too much. I don t know why but in front of other people I remain confused all the time even at home. Sometimes I get angry very much.I have also developed a forgetting things problem.I very much forgets things. I have friends that are good but even they know I get too confused. Please help. I don t have money to pay to the doctors here as I am not financially strong yet. Please if you do public service, Kindly help me.
