General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Zyrcot syrup contain cetrizine. I will recommend use of levocetirizine oral solution for upper respiratory tract infection.

Saline nasal drop also should be used which will help in clearing blocked nose.

Paracetamol syrup prescribed if your doctor feel it.
You can Consult nearby pediatrician for Auscultation and chest evaluation. You can discuss all above to pediatrician you consult.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
