What Causes Persistent Chest Pains?

I recently finished a holter monitor 48 hour test and it came back negative and doctor told me its unremarkamble and said its nothing wrong in the tests. I am supposed to go to theme park tomorrow but recently feeling chest pains in left side that I felt during and before the tests were done. It is when I lay down and bend over or breathe, and its a sharp to dull fixated pain on my left side beside my nipple maybe 2 inches to the left of my nipple. What is it??

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion it is muscular pain only.
Your holter monitoring is normal so no need to worry about cardiac cause.
And your pain increases with banding down which suggest possibility of muscular pain is more.
So try to follow these for relief in muscular pain.
1. Avoid strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid heavy weight lifting.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
