Hello,

I can understand your concern for the persistent bumps on nose. After analyzing your query these appear to be either sebaceous cysts or acne keloides.

These two entities are most frequent and are resistant to most of topical or oral treatments. In my patients I generally perform ablation of these cysts or bumps by laser ablation. It requires expertise of the person to perform the same and you can discuss with your dermatologist or a laser cosmetologist who can perform the ablation of the bumps. You can discuss further with a cosmetic dermatologist.
Take care.
