Hi and thanks for sharing your concern with us on HCM.

Sorry that you have miscarried.

Right now, it sounds as though you might be having a serious infection; feeling very hot then very cold, blackish green discharge, severe pain and not feeling well are all symptoms of an infection - this can happen if products of conception (tissues that form the baby during early pregnancy) are not completely expulsed (discharged) from your uterus. These disintegrating tissues are now, unfortunately, dead and can become breeding ground for dangerous bacteria.

Did the miscarriage occur on its own at home or did you undergo a procedure at the clinic or hospital? Either way, you need to get yourself to your doctor as soon as possible and have them treat you immediately. They may have to do a small procedure to help you remove any tissue left in the uterus and start you on proper antibiotics. An infection like this is serious. Please do not delay in seeking treatment.
Do take care.
