What Causes Persistent Bladder Fullness And Back Pain?

I ve been having constant full bladder feeling and lower back pain and thought I had a uti. It s been ongoing for about three weeks and I ve gotten really thirsty the past week or so. I always drink water throughout the day but I wake up in the middle of the night feeling really dehydrated. I ve also been really tired. This is on top of work school and going to the gym but I m really sleepy.

Hi,

You are having constant full bladder sensation and lower back pain for 3 weeks and thinking of a UTI. Yes UTI is very probable so you need to get a urine routine and microscopy test done along with urine culture and sensitivity and renal function tests. So get the tests done as early as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care!

Regards,
Dr. Vandana Khare
