i did my family planing operation in 2012 and now last month i have severe stomach pain so igo and take whole abdomen scan they told in ur uetrus there is ?sac i cant able to understand but after three days my periods as came but now also iam very scared about why they told like that (how i can belive that my family planing operation gone worng or not

Please do not be anxious as I believe they were referring to cul de sac perhaps

The term cul-de-sac is used specifically to refer to the rectouterine pouch (the pouch of Douglas), an extension of the peritoneal cavity between the rectum and back wall of the uterus.

This has nothing to do with your sterilization which is perfectly fine ..
