What Causes Persistent Abdominal Bloating?

Hello, I am a 50y/o female who has been experiencing abdominal fullness/bloating for the last couple of weeks. I have fibroids, I m not pregnant, and I had a colonoscopy in 2013 (next one is due in 2018-my father had colon cancer). I exercise a few time a week at the gym-cardio and small group fitness classes. I have no pain. Clothes are fitting tighter in the waist. What could be causing the fullness?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the abdomen distension then it may be due to dyspepsia, it could be formation or flatulence, heavy meal could be the reason for that, beside all these if it may be central obesity, in either of this condition better to avoid the heavy meal spicy meal, high density calorie contained diet, exercise is the best one, else it may not be due to any malignancy even though if it is the family history of malignancy hope this information helps.
