What Causes Persistent Abdominal Bloating, Shooting Pain In Shoulder Blades And Nausea?

Hello. I am in some need of help. My symptoms have been going on since summer, but never thought anything of it until recently bc its affecting me in college. I am nauseous almost every day, worse in real early mornings, have painful lower abdominal bloating, tender to palpate, pain that shoots into my shoulder blades, stabbing pain in ruq when I am exercising, recently have had hyperactive bowel sounds and loose stools. Do you have any ideas what this could be? I m thinking gallbladder or some gi disorder like ibs or something. If u could let me know asap that would be great!

Hi thanks for contacting HCM. Please drink plenty of water.Add plenty of vegetables and avoid spicy food, get an ultrasound abdomen to rule out any organic cause. It may be due to gastritis aswell. Rantac 150 mg before food thrice daily can be taken for 7 days. Avoid milk and milk items . wish you good health
