What Causes Peristaltic Sound With Flatulence?

I have strange sounds coming from stomach after eating and there is lot of Gas formation. Its rather awkward when I am in office and causing embarrassment before collagues. This is only for the last two weeks. Can you prescribe a proper medicine to help me get cured?

Peristaltic sound may be becsuse of excessive gas formation in stomach.

Some amount of bowel movement may cause abdominal sound.
After eating a foods and good goes into stomach than intestine than peristaltic bowel movement occurs normally.

Infection of intestine may cause sound in abdomine.
Inflammatory bowel disease like crohn's disease cause peristaltic sounds more .

Hernia may ruled out.
Blockage of intestine may cause abdominal bloting and more abdominal sound.

Ulcer in intestine of chronic diarrea may cause this type of problems.
More use of laxative may cause more abdominal sounds.

Ultrasounds sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
