Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms described by you - low vision, color contrast blindness, low peripheral vision, blind spots, black floating clouds, yellow flashing lighting bolts and floaters are suggestive of disorder of retina.
Low peripheral vision is a symptom of high intra-ocular pressure thus, intra-ocular pressure needs to be measured.
A past history of detached retina raises the possibility of recurrence of retinal detachment. The symptoms of flashing lights and lighting bolts is a feature of retinal detachment.
Bilateral cataracts need to operated by placing intra-ocular lenses.
Inability to open mouth is suggestive of ankylosis of TMJ.
Please consult an oro-facial surgeon for management of ankylosis of TMJ.

Thanks and take care
