welcome to Health care magic.
1.Perihilar micro calcification are seen old treated infection at first. But as you said never had PTB, year back x-ray normal.
2.This will goes in terms of presence of any lesion in the lung with calcification or any other infective / inflammatory cause has causes hilar lymphadenopathy with calcification.
3.In this case you need to get a HRCT ( high resolution computer tomography).
4.Which will not only help to evaluate the lung, also helps in mediastinal cause and micro calcifications can be well evaluated.
5.Suggest you to go through, it will clear of all doubts - and can take needful actions.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
