What Causes Penis Pain And Urethral Stricture?

Hi; My son has been suffering with pain and stricture in his penis not able to have sex and we have seen specialists and they have not addressed the problem or believed him because he has anxiety and depression which is actually from his condition. Please help me help him he s talked about cutting it off so he can urinate properly and made threats of suicide; all they do is give him cialis.

Stricture urethra is a separate entity from impotence.

Stricture is related to chronic infection or other issues. Needs diagnostic work up and cystoscopic management.

The impotence is likely due to psychiatric problem, the Cialis is not going to cure it. He requires intensive counseling with psychologist.
