What Causes Penis Burning And Itching While Urinating After Taking Dolo 650?

Hi Doc... i seem to have developed a lot of itching inside my penis and sense a high burning sensation while urinating.. i also notice some kind of discharge which appears to be like a pus .... i had a fever little while ago nd i tuk dolo 650 three tyms a day... could this have infected my penis ?? may be over heat in my body..?? m a bit concernrd...please help ...

Thanks for writing to HCM.
Dolo 650 what you are taking contains paracetamol which is antipyretic (decreases fever). It does not cause irritation of urinary tract to cause buring and itching sensation what you are experiencing.
The symptoms of burning sensation, itching, discharge while urinating along with fever is indicative of 'urinary tract infection'.
Kindly get your urine culture and sensitivity test done. Consult Urologist with the report for administration of proper antibiotic for appropriate duration.
Drink plenty of fluids and citrus fruit juices in the meantime.
