What Causes Penile Discharge While Applying Pressure?
Hi Doc, I have noticed a jelly like semen coming out of my penis while applying pressure during excretion. This jelly like substance is colourles and in some cases yellowish. It doesnt happen to me during normal passage of urine. Except when i am deficating.. It is often painless aswell. The only thing that has changed in my diet recently is a protein shake i take daily. I started observing this when i started having the protein shake. Please assist.

It can happen when you have fissure or retrograde ejaculation. Doing a urine culture or culture the secretion you get can help diagnose the cause.
