What Causes Pelvic Pain And Excessive Vaginal Discharge?
I am a 60 year old female. Today while running on the treadmill, I had excessive vaginal clear discharge. I am in menopause and have had some pelvic pain the last few days. I will call my GYN doctor tomorrow, but was interested in understanding some of the possible causes. Thank you!

Hi,
While clear discharge could be from some form of infection inside vagina like cervcitis or urethritis. Your gynecologist will do your pelvic examination especially per speculum examination to look inside vagina.
If needed then pelvic USG will be planned. So infective etiology seems most likely according to history.
