What Causes Pelvic Cramps During Pregnancy?

Hi, I m about 6 weeks pregnant and I m have pelvic cramps and it s kind of scaring me because these cramps are a little more severe than the cramps I had during my periods. It is normal to have random sharp pelvic cramps followed along with normal feeling cramps? It s kind of frequent too. Please answer, I m very worried and concerned.

The cramps in early pregnancy, of course, are concerning. There is a risk of abortion. You may consult your gynecologist to give you spasmex for spasms.
