General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It could be of great help if you can send a photo of your problematic foot to me, so I can evaluate further with the final diagnosis.

We should rule out any more serious skin problems of foot first like fungus through skin scrapping examination. If negative, it could be due to dry cracked heels. Keep good local hygiene. Keep them well moistened.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
