Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for the peeling of skin around pierced nipple. After analyzing your query with diligence it appears to be mild infection and dermatitis around the nipple.

In your kind of cases I generally prescribe a course of antibiotic along with a cream containing mupirocin. I suggest you to meet a doctor to get proper treatment.

All the best.
