Hello,
1) Do you experience abdominal pain, vomiting? have you noticed blood in stool anytime?
2) If answer to above question is negative then you might suffering from irritable bowel syndrome or indigestion. In these conditions, some particular type of food aggravate movement of small intestine and therefore digestion and absorption of nutrients are not proper due to which loose stool develops
3) You need colonoscopy to confirm these conditions and should start treatment according to diagnosis
4) In case of irritable bowel syndrome you should take gluten-free, starch-free, fat-free diet.
