What Causes Passing Of Dark Stools And Breakouts In Back And Intestines?

So I m having this funny feeling between my anus and private parts my stomach blocked up badly I have this bad smell on me and if I pass stool its funny yelly like stuff and yellow sometims dark my stool are small flat and sometimes different colors my mouth always dry and I m getting breakouts on my back my intestine on the left side hurts and when I walk its like there is something in my anus

Noted your history of feeling something in between anus and private parts, blatong, pain in abdomen and back.l and so on.
I would think of the following possibilities:
In males prostatitis or proctitis is the commonest reasons of the symptoms you have mentioned.
I would advise you the following:
Per-rectal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy to start with followed by Colonoscopy.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
All these combined together would give you the most probable diagnosis and a plan for proper treatment.
Get an opinion of a Gastroenterologist or an Ufologists as per the results of the tests and follow properly.
