i was blowing my nose and i felt like i had something coming. when i stopped it felt like it would retreat back up. after a few tries i was able to grab it and slowly pull it out. i could feel it up behind my eyes as i slowly pulled it out. it was stretching but coming out like one of those sticky hands. it finally kind of popped loose and snapped out. it was several inches long. i felt great afterwards. should i be worried or did i just pull out some shit that was clogging a sinus like i suspect.
