Some signs that would concern me are vomiting more than once, not acting correctly, weakness or numbness on one side. If she were to experience any of these I would advise you go to the ER I would take her to a doctor in the next day or two to be evaluated The best treatment for a concussion in my opinion is brain rest. That means no TV, loud music, texting, etc. Basically, just resting in a nice dark, quiet environment.
