My sister is having panic attacks. She had several small one and then a really bad one hit. It took days for her to calm down. She still begins to shake when she thinks back on it. She has had heart problems - by-pass surgery and she has trouble breathing after short walks in her apartment. Her dr. has given her meds that are helping, but now she is to go to a counselor. I am not sure how helpful that will be.
