What Causes Panic Attack Followed By Dizziness?

It started with an apparent panic attack that left me dizzy 24/7 for over 2 months and having several more attacks i between. I have had pain in my upper left side which sometimes moves across the chest or upper back. Also a strange taste in my mouth. I have had abdominal US, MRI of brain, multiple EKG s and blood work. Only thing off is a very small cyst on liver which is also slightly fatty and liver function test that go slightly up then come back down. I was feeling a little better but the dizziness and nausea are back along with the taste in my mouth. I feel over all weak. I go back to my Dr tomorrow who all along keeps saying its just Anxiety. I can t help but think he is missing something because of the way I feel. I m not sure where to go from here.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Please understand that your doctor know your illness and he is doing everything he can to help you. Do not under estimate his ability and please trust him.

If you cannot trust your current doctor, please find a trustworthy doctor and get his advise. That should be it. Once he says this is just anxiety and you do not have any other physical illness, please accept it and forget it.

Because, obsession about health matters can trigger anxiety and panic attacks and may lead to anxiety disorders. Consulting a psychologist for counseling may help.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
