What Causes Pancreatitis Along With IBS, PCOS And Endometriosis?

Hi. I m 33, have three children (the youngest is 8yrs) and have been diagnosed with the following... pancreatitis, irritable bowel, pcos and endometriosis. Therefore I have a lot of pains/symptoms that are normal to me. I have never had normal menstural cycles and can go years without having a period. But for the last 3 days I have had a gooey brown discharge from my vagina, no smell, feeling drained and incredible, constant bloating this is not one of my normal symptoms. Should I get checked out? I have also had a LETZ/LOOP procedure to remove abnormalities from my cervix around 4yrs ago and was hospitalised around 3mnths ago for kidney stones, which have now passed. Thanks for any insight :)

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation by a gynecologist. Get a pelvic examination done. Also get a paps smear done to rule out any cervical pathology. It can be due to some vaginal infection also. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
