What Causes Palpitations,breathlessness And Pain In Left Side Of Chest?
Hi, I had two energy drinks earlier which I usually steer clear of. Since then I have had palpatations a bit of breathlessness when going upstairs and a sharp pain (not too bad) in left side if my chest and in the top if my left arm and left hand. I used to take ammitryptine which caused similar problems and the doctor told me to wean myself off if them. I haven t taken them since April. Have I got anything to be concerned about? :)

looks like you have exertional symptoms with decreased effort tolerance.
please evaluate for the palpitations, chest pain, left hand & arm.
with an EKG, ECHO, TMT, & opinion of the cardiologist.
by the way amitryptilline action should be completely over
