What Causes Palpitations?

Hi , these last 2-3 days I feel palpitation boom, boom . . . booom stronger one. What should I do. I am 41 years old female. I went on regular heart check in May this year and everything was ok. Have had EKG, Eho an blood test. What next. I am a little best nervous of the situation that I am in and have Helicobacter.

Palpitation is feeling ones own heart beats.

There are so many causes of palpitations but the most common are

1. hyperthyroidism
2. Tachycardia
3. Fibrillations
4. Thin chest wall.
