Hi I use to be very out going until I start having heart problems. Since that I have developed severe anxiety and I am not sure if this is caused by always worrying about my heart and always having chest pains and sharp pains in my heart or could I have anxiety. I never experienced panic attacks before this. I have different heart rhythms some time and palpitations and I ve been to my local gp and he said there s nothing wrong. I am highly thinking about going to the hospital especially if it will help me with my anxiety that I think is caused by my heart problems.
