What Causes Palpitations Of Heart Along With Tightness In Chest?
I always get heart palpitations, tight chest and dizziness after a binge night of vodka but it s always the following night once my body has had time to relax! I have been to A&E & had all the required tests and I am fine! So.... What can I do to stop this while it s happening? P.s..... I am experiencing his right now! Regards

In my knowledge, the symptoms you are experiencing are similar to holiday heart syndrome, it is very common to get palpitations and fluttering chest sensations after alcohol binge, it usually goes away after 24 hours. Right now I would recommend you to take deep breaths, drink water or warm tea to relax, or try other relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation.
For future purpose i would suggest you to reduce your intake of alcohol, stay hydrated specially when drinking alcohol, limit your intake of salt and sugary foods. Even though it is common, it can cause serious arrhythmia sometimes. Therefore, try to limit alcohol intake.
