What Causes Palpitations And Hot Flashes While On Diclofenac Sodium?

I m having having heart palpitations and hot flashes. I am currently taking a low dose of blood pressure medicine. I am on diclofenac sodium for arthritis pain. I take bupropion for depression. I take advair for my asthma. I also feel as if I never get a full breath.

Hello i just read your query and i feel that your palpitations and hot flashes are due gastritis that is severe form of heartburn caused by taking diclofenac without a gastroprotective agent.
The shortness of breath is also related to this as there is acid reflux from the stomach.
I suggest you try ta celecoxib instead of diclofenac( as it is less damaging than diclofenac) for your arthritis and take tab.pantoprazole 40 mg once a day.
