47yr/F with heart condition since 36 suddenly experienced heartbeat like throbs in mid lower back after light excursion/rushing to appointment using stairs as well as feeling pulse rapidly in chest with no pain but slight headache and litttle pins n needles in left arm symptoms not felt before today. Could it just be anxiety also have had cough for about a month with thick flem but has been breaking up and minimal. So Doc must I go to ER or could it be stress related

hi mam, presentation of angina may vary from person to person.as you have a history of heart disease,i suggest not to neglect and have an ECG and troponin levels to rule out any myocardial infarction.i'm not scaring you but just giving you caution not to take any risk.as i have seen many patients coming to my clinic with just a mild discomfort and after testing they came positive for angina or MI.if still any queries,i,m always ready to attend.thank you.take care.bye.
