What Causes Palpitations And Elevated BP?

good evening last month i went to the emergency room for palpitations from low hypokalemia while there the did a EKG reviewed and show sinus rhythm and CT angiogram performed and is unremarkable, my blood pressure has been slighty high and at time i feel a pinch in my ACS. should i consult a heart doctor concering the slight pinch in my ACS

Dear elevated blood pressure may cause palpitations.

hyperthyroidism, essential hypertension, secondary hypertension, anxiety,anemia may cause above symptoms.

avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid high salt diet, do regular exercise and yoga.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
