General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Dizziness, palpitations, dry mouth blurred vision, allergic reaction, troubled breathing are some of the severe adverse effects of taking Zzzquil.

You are suggested to meet the treating doctor & inform immediately. The medication needs to be replaced by another that suits your daughter better. She may stop a dose to help the palpitations get reduced.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
