i have started feeling a heart beat, pressure in my neck (throat area). When I get up from sitting, I feel a bit faint and some pressure in my head. I do not have high blood pressure, my pulse rate and oxygen are good ( have been monitoring at doctor s office and with the school nurse this week). I do not have any condition that requires medication. I have exercised most of my life (jogging, aerobic, weights) In October I started an interval exercise program (Orange Theory) that requires a heart monitor. I will be 60 years old soon. I went for an EKG this week (have not received results yet)
