Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it can he associated side effect of the drug which you are using as tricyclic antidepressants can cause such autonomic nervous system abnormalities and signs and symptoms as you have been facing but it can also be a part of the primary psychiatric illness, for which you are using it. A repeated follow up with your primary psychiatrist is a must to discriminate between the two. Baseline ECG and throid function should also be done.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
