What Causes Paleness In Body When Short Tempered?

hi, my son is 19. He gets pale when he is angry, after exercising, and I remember, when he was a child he would get in a cold pool, when he plunged his head in the water. He eats well, except, doesn t like fruit too much, but he takes oil fish. He is thin and tall. Thank you

Hello,
Outbursts of anger or other emotional outbursts can cause a reaction wherein there is some amount of constriction in the blood vessels, hence causing the face especially, to become pale. I do not think it is something to worry about. Although, to be on the safe side, it is always good to get a blood hemoglobin level checked to make sure that the paleness is not a manifestation of anemia.
Best regards
