General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is not normal to menstruate for 3 consecutive months. It is due to any abnormality or hormonal changes that should get immediate evaluation and treatment.

White stool is also a sign that something serious is going on with your internal organs. White stool specifically is due to lack of bile so need further investigations.

Start with an immediate consultation with your primary physician first to make appointments with gynecologist and gastrohepatologist as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
