What Causes Painless Spots On Legs?
Spots have been on my leg for a while now. They became more noticeable 4 weeks ago. Docs did not know what was up. The spots have spread on my left leg and a couple smaller ones on both of my feet. Doctor thought it could be a bug bite or allergic response. So he gave a steroid cream to try. Spots do not burn or itch.

Based on the history you have shared, you should get complete blood count to rule out low platelets or platelets function tests as well clotting profile. As these can be petechiae or blood trickling out of blood vessels.
